Summarise Key Points:
- Recap what you’ve learned and agreed. Ask when they would like to start working and use this as a deadline to finalise compliance.
Explain the Process:
- Outline the next steps: “Compliance team will be in touch… I’ll follow up with you in [timeframe].”
Build Trust:
- Reassure them of your support: “I’m here to guide you through the process and ensure we find the right fit.”
Stay Engaging:
- End with a personalised note: “It’s great to hear about your experience in [specific area]. I look forward to helping you take the next step.”
