Key Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnoses, and manage treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations within scope of practice.
• Provide expert clinical care to patients with complex health needs.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Contribute to service development, audit, and clinical governance initiatives.
