We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant in Anaesthetics to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role involves delivering expert anaesthetic care across a variety of surgical specialties, as well as contributing to critical care and pain management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgical procedures.
• Support perioperative patient care, including pre-assessment and post-operative recovery.
• Participate in intensive care, resuscitation, and pain management services as required.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions and surgical planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior anaesthetic trainees and other clinical staff.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, teaching, and research activities.
• Maintain professional standards in line with GMC guidelines and national anaesthetic protocols.
