We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Consultant in Haematology to join our specialist team. This senior role involves leading the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a wide range of haematological disorders, both malignant and non-malignant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care and management of haematology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment protocols and care pathways.
• Supervise and support junior medical staff and contribute to their education and professional development.
• Participate in service planning, clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other specialties to ensure holistic and patient-centred care.
• Maintain professional standards in line with GMC regulations and clinical governance requirements.
