We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our mental health services team. This role involves leading the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of mental health conditions, ensuring the highest standards of care across inpatient and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychiatric assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage and oversee care for patients with complex mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and personality disorders.
• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Supervise and support junior doctors and allied mental health professionals.
• Contribute to clinical governance, service development, research, and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with the GMC, Mental Health Act, and safeguarding policies.
