We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting patients’ care needs and contributing to a high standard of service delivery as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, and day-to-day activities to support patients’ wellbeing.
• Follow care plans to deliver safe and effective assistance under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to provide support and reassurance.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
• Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and the highest standards of care at all times.
