Intensive Care Nurse

Start Date: ImmediatePay Range: £20 - £30 per hour
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Nurse (ICU Nurse) to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and manage patients with complex and critical conditions.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures and operate specialist equipment in line with ICU protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team, providing clear updates and emotional support.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.
- Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and ICU-specific guidelines to maintain professional standards.
