We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner to join our specialist team. This role focuses on supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of women during pregnancy and up to one year post-birth, working closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver mental health interventions for women experiencing perinatal mental health difficulties.
• Provide emotional support, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with maternity services, health visitors, GPs, and social care to ensure holistic care.
• Promote early identification and intervention for perinatal mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to care planning and safeguarding processes.
• Adhere to professional standards, including the NMC, HCPC, or other relevant regulatory guidance.
