Start Date: ImmediatePay Range: £40- £45 per hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior House Officer (SHO) to join our Accident & Emergency department. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of acute medical and trauma cases under the supervision of senior clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with urgent and emergency conditions.
- Carry out investigations, initiate treatments, and escalate care where necessary.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in patient handovers.
- Take part in departmental teaching, audits, and clinical governance activities.
- Adhere to GMC guidelines and local emergency care protocols.
