We are seeking a motivated and skilled Specialist Registrar (SpR) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join our women’s health team. This role offers excellent training and hands-on experience in both obstetric and gynaecological care, under the supervision of senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for pregnant women.
• Assist with and perform deliveries, including instrumental and Caesarean sections.
• Participate in gynaecology clinics and assist with surgeries and procedures.
• Support emergency care for obstetric and gynaecological patients.
• Contribute to ward rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Supervise junior doctors and participate in teaching, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all clinical care complies with GMC standards and relevant clinical guidelines.

This role is ideal for doctors in specialty training aiming to develop advanced competencies in obstetrics and gynaecology.
