We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Specialist Registrar (SpR) in Psychiatry to join our mental health team. This training-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment under the supervision of a Consultant Psychiatrist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and contribute to care planning for patients with mental health disorders.
• Manage caseloads under supervision, including inpatients and community-based patients.
• Participate in ward rounds, MDT meetings, and case reviews.
• Support junior doctors and engage in teaching and training activities.
• Contribute to audits, service evaluations, and research projects.
• Ensure practice complies with the GMC, Mental Health Act, and local clinical governance policies.
